MASHED POTATOES WITH SOUR CREAM
12 med. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt or garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chives
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. butter
Cook and mash potatoes. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper with potatoes until smooth. Stir in chives. Spoon into lightly greased baking dish (10 cup). Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or brown and heated through.

YUM! That sounds really good! Evan and I like to add other ingredients to the potatoes besides salt, pepper and butter...if we are not having gravy with them.
